Has anyone ever used Evercoat Lightweight filler? What do you think about it?
I think it’s great!! Easy to work with and sands really nice!!!
evercoat is the only brand we ever used at the shop i used to work at and still use it , never had any bleed through or any other issues..
It looks like there are several Evercoat products to choose from. Which do you use for glass, which for metal?
I’m a fan of Evercoat ZGrip…if the Lightweight is anything like it you should be just fine. ...Jim
I’ve been using ZGrip on my son’s goat, great to work with.
I’ve been using Evercoat Rage Xtreme on everything. Its great for skim coats, spreads nice, sands great, less pin holes then anything else I’ve used. Never had an issue.
The ONLY filler we allow in our shop is Evercoat, mostly Z-grip, very easy sanding and the body shop guys love it!... Matt H.
Thanks for all the comments.
Personally I hate Evercoat products, find USC products to be much easier to sand and I use less sandpaper becouse it doesnt plug up the paper. I have used rage extreme and prefer USC Base coat clear coat filler better.
